1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or engraved jewelry
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene purposes)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
Please review all custom order details carefully before checkout.
3. Return Process
To start a return:

- with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
info@halojewelery.com with clear photos.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost after verifying the issue.5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item?
Email info@halojewelery.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
7. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit. A proof of purchase or gift receipt is required.
8. International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping, customs, and duty fees.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages, so please use a trackable shipping method.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
